Development
For many people, owning their own home is a lifelong dream. And we can make it come true! We are currently planning to build almost a hundred apartments in Havlíčkův Brod and Humpolec. We have started selling apartments as part of the Panorama Rozkošská project. This involves the complete renovation of an apartment building that served the purposes of the Havlíčkův Brod hospital, and the design takes into account the surrounding nature so that the building does not disturb it. There will be a total of 23 apartments in the five-story building.
